DC Institute was pleased to make our debut in our Nation’s Capital on Friday, May 3rd with our renowned session on Patient Experience with Dr. Bruce Freeman.
We were happy to welcome 50 dentists and dental professionals to the Shaw Centre for a full-day session that delivered the knowledge and skills necessary to develop and implement a Patient Experience Management Program in a dental practice.
This interactive and engaging session is extremely valuable for all members of the dental health team and truly provides relatable examples of how everyone in a practice can make a positive influence on the experience of each patient. Each attendee leaves with the knowledge, tools and a workbook to serve as a basis for creating a plan to increase positive patient experience in their practice.
DC Institute would like to thank the Shaw Centre for their exceptional service and venue space and for being a part of our first visit to Ottawa.
